The ear buds are obviously not an option while driving, so here are some of the other options to still listen to your music while driving in your car. The first option is to buy a new vehicle. While this is by far the most expensive option, if you are in the market for a new vehicle, many new cars come equipped with an iPod docking port.

For those of you who are not looking to buy a new vehicle just to be able to listen to your iPod while driving, there are other, cheaper options. One option is a cassette adapter. It is a cord that plugs into your iPod at one end, and has a cassette-shaped adapter at the other end. This goes into your car’s cassette player, and then you can listen to your iPod music through your stereo speakers.

Another option is an FM Transmitter. It plugs into your cars cigarette lighter, and then attaches to your iPod. There are different models, some which can only transmit a few channels, and some that can transmit along the whole FM band. The latter may be slightly more expensive, but is likely to cause a lot less aggravation in the long run. To use it, turn your car radio to a channel which receives no outside signal, or where you only hear static. Once you find this channel, tune your transmitter to the same channel. The static should go away, and once you push play on your iPod, you will be listening to your own music on the radio waves.

The 32 and 64 GB iTouch players include a set of headphones with built in mic, and a remote. (8GB has plain Apple iTouch earphones). It can also create mp3 play lists just for you, and yes, on its own! As mentioned earlier 32GB and 64GB iTouch models come with Voice Command Option. This feature lets you control your iTouch with your own voice. Simply say "Play, "Next Song", "Pause" and so on into the built in mic, and iTouch will easily recognize the command and do what it does best – do as you wish. No need to get the player out of the bag, or pocket, or purse – just say what you need, and your wish will be granted. Usual compatibility with iTunes unravels a mind bogging number of features as well. iTunes lovers will not be disappointed.

Thanks to the built in Wi-Fi, your everyday Facebook, twitter, e-mail, and plain good old surfing needs will be quenched. With a local Wi-Fi and touch of a screen, you can enter the world which most of us cannot (probably) live without. Surf the web, download your mp3’s, your favorite videos, pictures – whatever else you can think of. Audiobooks, podcasts, shows, documents, that list goes on and on and on. Your imagination is the limit. But let’s pretend just for a little second, that you got tired of the web. What then?

This was supposed to be a review, rather than an overview. But there’s really no point in talking about the actual quality of the product, and possible bugs, and glitches, and array of other things people like to complain about. At the end of the day, Apple has never failed to impress with unprecedented quality, making them truly the pioneers of modern technology!
